Our Story
CoPilot Co. is a creative tech & production company, specializing in video production and extended reality [XR] solutions.
We first took flight in 2018 as a video agency specializing in destination marketing content, but the tourism industry shutdown two years later challenged us to chart a new course. Our passion for creative solutions led us to XR virtual production.
Today we're a crew of creatives and innovators on a mission to create space for every story that needs to be told. Whether it's through integrating state-of-the-art LED walls, running our own virtual production studio, developing software solutions, or sharing our expertise in training rooms online and worldwide, we empower our partners to realize their boldest ideas without limitations.
Though we've soared into the world of creative technology, we are a production company at heart. Combining industry expertise with advanced filmmaking technology, our REDEYE Video crew crafts cinematic, story-driven content for agencies, businesses, brands, corporations, and everyone in between.
Our commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, accessibility, and diverse representation shapes the way we approach partnerships and select projects. Through these meaningful collaborations and community-focused initiatives, we create work that resonates, stands out, and drives positive change.

We are a diverse team of filmmakers, technical artists, innovators, and community leaders. Proudly Canadian and headquartered in Winnipeg, we work globally through our collective of brands.
our roots
While we work globally, our team operates and gathers primarily on Treaty 1 Territory, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Ininew, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené people, as well as the homeland of the Red River Métis Nation. Our ability to work and create is sustained by drinking water from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation in Treaty 3 Territory, as well as electricity from beyond, including Nelson River in Treaty 5 Territory.
As storytellers and creatives, our works has the power to shape ideas and influence culture. As such, we have a responsibility to ensure our work represents both the lands we inhabit, and the people who have been and continue to be stewards of that land. Acknowledging these Treaty agreements is just the first step in doing that, and our team is dedicated to moving forward with the spirit of national reconciliation in our hearts and minds.
